To check in to Fairbreeze's swimming pool

    1. Scan the QR code provided at the pool gate
    2. Fill in your details below and
    3. Ensure all rules for entry are adhered to (see Covidsafe rules below)

Covidsafe Rules

  1. The Fairbreeze pool and pool area are to be used by Fairbreeze Residents and their invited guests ONLY.
  2. Please ensure details of all people  attending are logged using the QR code provided.
  3. There are to be a maximum of twenty (20) in the area at any one time. Social distancing (1.5m) is to be observed in this area at all times.
  4. Pool users should use hand sanitiser and wipes to clean the area immediately after using.

Note: Personal information will only be used for contact tracing purposes and is stored in a secure environment to be deleted after 1 year.
